1990 L98 radiator overflow
I am replacing my overflow hose/pipe as the original had a hole do to vibrating against the air conditioner compressor. My question is how is it attached to the car. Aparently the previous owner may have removed it and never completely attached it again. The part is expensive and also has conections for other cooling functions. I thought about replacing it with hose completely but can't find 3/8 cooling hose, only fuel line. There may not be a difference but I figure the manufacturer used the hose/pipe combination for a reason. Your ideas are appreciated. Thanks Jack
