Default Replacing bolt

Hey guys, im not sure how I can fix this, I got new long tube headers and to put them in on the pasenger side I had to take off the frame brace and on one of the bolts I guess the nut in back of it came loose so it just kept on spinning so I just cut the head off and pushed the other half in. But now when I put the brace back on what could I use to fasten a bolt in that spot.

Thanks, Mike

Had something like that happen on my seat belts...where they bolt to the door side of the frame... I just got a nut that fit the bolt, rounded the edges, welded to a plate, drilled out the existing hold, welded the plate to the frame, then used the bolt.. worked for me...
Maybe someone has a better approach...

A nut sert is just the ticket, every body shop should have them and the tool to install them.
