Default How to replace upper control arm bushings

The lower control arm bushings were pretty simple to replace, I am not sure what is the correct procedure to get the old bushings out and the new ones in without damaging the arm? I call myself looking for a previous thread on here but could not find it. Can you guys point me in the right direction or show me the light? Thanks

Look at the washers. Take a pic or note the washer location and reinstall exactly as it came apart. Note that if you drive (push) the pivot out, it will only go OUT in one direction. THats because one of the outer washers will just fit through the wishbone end. Be carefull and support both ends of the wishbone when applying pressure. I did my entire suspension using a 4" bench vise and an assortment of deep and shallow sockets. Needed a third hand every so often, but it can be done.

I kept track of the washers by keeping the parts partially assembled.
