Default C4 spark plugs?

What spark plugs would you recommend for a 1990 C4 with the standard 5.7 L V8 engine?

Seems that most folks here use and recommend the NGK plugs.
I, however, went with the OEM ACDelco Platinums on my 93.

either the conventional acdelco coppers #FR5LS, or the platinum acdelco rapidfire #5's.

I run the stock AC Delco plugs in the Vette and in the IROC-Z, both with cut-back electrodes for a little extra efficiency & power.

Never again will I use a champion plug in anything. The company I was working for last summer ordered a round of Champion plugs for use in their airplane engines. In total, it was over a thousand plugs. Every 15th or 20th plug failed almost immediately. Inspection showed flaws in the porcelain allowing the plug to arc internally instead of at the electrode. I'll never trust my engines to champion plugs again.

I use the AC Delco Standard 41-629 in my 86. Even standard plugs last so long these days it seems worth getting something fancy. Your milage may vary...........................

Yep, NGK TR55s for my Vettes. They run nice and smooth without any idle problems ever since they went in.
