I had a TCI unit installed in my '96. Cost me an arm and a leg because I wanted a custom installation with the unit hidden away from view and some safety considerations added. Probably not worth it but its pretty cool to have. You have to be careful about not messing up the ASR on these cars. That's why I didn't install it myself.
Line Locks are much more useful on auto trans cars to help with staging. With 6-speeds like mine I use it to warm up the rear tires without destroying the brakes. Good for burnout contests, too, I guess. :D

I recently installed the Hurst unit on my '92. The easiest way I found was to trace the line from the master cylinder for the front brakes(F) down under the car to where the frame kicks out in the driver area. Cut the line, double flare with 1/8 tubing fittings, install the line lock unit and bolt it to the frame with a ground wire attached. Wire the switch to your favorite location, bleed the front brakes and have fun! Dave :flag
