I went to their web site and they offer a rebuild service. My '92 w/FX3 suspension has 103,000 miles and i might decide to rebuild the shocks.Has anyone used this service??
You might want to also think about new Bilsteins. The advantage is, new, they come with a lifetime warranty. After looking for the best prices, I got mine from http://www.shox.com/
They ran $699 for a set of 4 and included free shipping. They are close to Bilstein (El Cajon, CA) and they shipped the same day that I ordered them.
As for a rebuild- It's probably going to run you between $100 and $150 each though one of the advantages of rebuilding is they will custom valve them to your driving needs.
If you run into actuator problems one of the forum members rebuilds them www.captainzcnc.com/ or you can buy them new from Shox.
