98% of the time my 92 6sp stops pulling at 4800-5000. This weekend I checked fuel pressure 39 w/vacuum and 49 when floored and stays steady while going through the gears, but it just stops pulling at 4800.
Every once in a while it will pull up to 5600 but mostly goes flat from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd. I removed the pcmforless chip and it was worse. I just installed a NX wet kit and cannot enjoy it until I cure this.
datalog the run time, and have Alvin tweak on the tune a bit more

Most popular method is to use a laptop computer and use software from either TTS Datamaster or Tuner Pro RT. They allow free downloads for a total use of 20 (If I remember) times. The software will allow you to record the events as the car is running and can also monitor activities. You will also need to purchase a diagnostic cable to interface the laptop with the cars ALDL (ECM). A source for this would ba Craig Moates (moates.net)
For me 20 record times wasn't/isn't enough, so I bought both software programs. The TTS is probably the most recognized with tuners and the cost was around 100. It will also allow you to see all operational data, egr. spark, codes etc. etc. IMO, pretty much a nessecity when getting involved with troubleshooting and modding one of these cars.

Get a WB O2. See what's happening at top end. Very likely going lean.
It could be the knock sensor kicking the timing out , detonation can't always be heard , The LT1s start out with 10.2:1 compression . Try some racing gas 100 octane...min .
Thanks for the ideas, yesterday while on a 250 mile trip the ses light came on code set for right 02 open, I guess this could be it, what do you guys think the chances are?
UPDATE: I replaced the right o2 for code set, test drive good, so now it time to have alittle fun w/the juice,WRONG at 4800 it just stops pulling, tried 50,75,100 shot all the same more pronounced w/100 shot. So after reading up on the very helpfull nitrous forums (CF,LS1Tech) I found that spark plug type and gap may be at fault. Bought a set of NGKTR6 plug and crossed my fingers, well mine are AC-41-904 gapped at .050 plus. With a hopeful smile I replaced w/the NGKs and went for another test drive w/50 shot. WOW pulls to 5500 great so I removed the pcmforless chip to send back to Alvin to set up for 100 shot and put the 100 shot pills in. If I can get all my stuff done this morning may head up to Cecil County Dragway to see the numbers.
