Default TunerproRT help 90 Corvette

Has anyone had problems connecting to ECM with TunerproRT? When I test settings and cable it says cable found and functional, but it never will connect to ECM. I'm using the 730 def. Any ideas? Maybe I'm missing something. I just want to monitor and datalog.

For my '90, I use the 8D.xdf & it works fine. What/who's cable are you using?

I'm using a cable I bought off Ebay for $35. The ALDL def. I'm using is 1227730_8D.ads. When I open program it is Labeled TunerproRT-90L98MAN8D.BIN / NO XDF SELECTED. Is this correct? The car is a 6 speed. I don't need a BIN file if I'm monitoring do I?

The XDF file is the definition file so that TurnerPro knows what your data looks like coming in.

Otherwise, I don't think you need a bin file to scan. send me your email & I'll send you the xdf & a stock bin just to be safe.
