Default headlight motor power problems

I have an 89 corvette, recently purchased with left side collision damage. The rebuild is almost complete, except for getting the headlights to open and close. the control module had one burnt internal wire. I have tried two from salvage yard, with no help. Cannot determine excatly what sequence the two wires running to the motor should be hot etc. I have a green and grey. Most recent module has both wires to both motors hot all the time. previous, had green hot with nothing to the grey. How should this work? Opposite side of module has all hot wires except end yellow. I have tried different relays on the firewall behind battery, no results. How can i check these? If I don't get this figured out, will consider rewiring around module etc to get lights up. Thanks for any help. Bought Chilton today, not specific enough. Will try anything at this point.

Shoot me an email at jgkov@msn.com and I'll shoot a pic of that page of my GM Shop manual; I assume your '89 wiring is same as on my '88.
