Have you cleaned the Throttle Body lately?? Also check the Throttle Positioning Sensor voltage, and Idle Air Control. I'm at work so can not give you the exact details at this time. I'm sure others will have the voltage needed at TPS. If not just do a search for each item.

Since the miss is regular clip a timing light in turn onto each wire and see if there is missed flashes that coincide with the engine miss on any wire.
This will either isolate a bad wire, plug, dist. or show that all is well with the ingition system.
If the miss cannot be isolated, look to the fuel delivery system. Verify that fuel pressure holds constant after priming the fuel rail and measure the resistance of each injector to see if any differ widely from the others.
You may want to take the ignition control module to autozone and have it checked, they start showing the signs of failure most often after the engine temps rise. They'll check it for free, if I remeber right they're 30-40 bucks.
Will Try It This Weekend
