Hypothetical car setup:

1991 ZO7 L-98 ZF6 Speed

Custom cold air intake (Actually grabs semi forced cold air)
58mm TB
Custom Stealth Ram Intake
ZO6 Injectors
Holley Adjustable Regulator
PCMFL Tune
(1.6) Comp Roller Rockers
Ported/Polished 113's (can't afford heads)
(Insert Cam Recomendations Here)
Fidanza Aluminum flywheel
Centerforce dual friction clutch
Lingenfelter Full Length Headers
3" Y Pipe Into 3" Highflow Cat Into 3" Turndown
4:11 Rear Gear

(Of course all the little B.S. has been done as well)
What numbers do you think I"d be lookin at?

I'll give my standard answer for 113 headed cars:

Maximum of 280 RWHP

Add more for extensive porting, but if you can afford it, you can afford better heads too.
