If this did happen, what was your method to get it out. I would hate to have to drill it out.
I know with dissimilar metals you get this from time to time.
This all came about by the car mis-firing and me diagnosing it as a bad wire. I had the car running and pulled the wire in question off and the car ran the same. I did this with the other wires and the car stalled.
So we are going to go with new plugs, wires, cap and rotor and see how it goes.
Thanks!

I now use anti-seize on the threads.

If you screwed it up, you have to drill off the head, and use vise grips on the shank and rock it back and forth.
If you are past that, you have to drill the screw out all the way, just be sure to use a way 2 small drill, and step up to the screw size, and use a tap to chase the threads.
If you screwed that up, just drill all three out to the next size hole, and tap the threads.
If you get to this step, just remember, there is a drill for each size screw threads because you have to make the hole slightly smaller than the screw so you can cut new threads in the aluminum.
