CLUTCH ADJUSTABLE??? (FREE PLAY, THAT IS)!!!!!!
Anyone know if there's any clutch pedal travel adjustment on the stock clutch in my '94 LT1? I have a shop manual which sure doesn't show any, but it does mention that a shift-into-reverse problem I have could be due to not-quite-full clutch release. I know there's a lot of things for an expert to look at, but I'd like to rule out the easiest steps first. Car has only 26K miles, not abused and clutch fluid level is AOK.
Thanks!
Thanks!

C4 clutches are hydraulic and not adjustable. If your clutch pedal is getting harder to push and must be pushed almost all the way to the floor, then you probably have the plastic bushing worn out that goes between the clutch pedal pin and the clevis on the master cylinder rod. It needs to be replaced.
I believe the GM part number is 14094900.
