is this mods to build HP just a waste of money?

i say everything but the muffler elims is a complete waste. you dont need a pressure regulator until youve modified the engine and intake

I personally have tried the afpr and thats a waste of loot ( on a stock motor). I then tried the msd coil that goes into the distributor... nother waste of money... Havent tried the eliminators... But from others reporting the sound it makes is worth it's weight in gold.

Agreed. The HEI dist is a good sparker as it is. The AFPR, you can make that w/ the stock one. Wait till you mod the motor internals. Muff elim's might releive some backpressure ,but don't pay what the catalogs ask for. Have a muffler shop make some for you....way cheaper!
