It's a good Saturday afternoon and a 6 pack job. Have some bandaids around and you'll also tune up your "sailor's language" If you stay with OEM plugs and wires it's not that bad. Getting to the opti is a little bit of a challenge. I just moved the alt and a/c units out of the way to get to the opti.

Plugs
Remove the panels above the A-frames and you can get to all the driver side with an extenstion. The pass. side is a different story a short spark plug socket with a universal made on it helps.
Plug wires on the pass side are bad. Driver side you may have to take some components off (alt. or A/c) or both....
