Get a vacuum tester Its a little pump
They also have the things that blow smoke into the system and just look for it to come out
This is really a pity post I just hate to see 0 responses

A vac guage and pump as suggested will be a great tool.
Also spraying starting fluid or using unlit propane on the lines while the engine is at idle. If either is introduced into the lines the idle will increase some.
