Default No Blower on heater

Hi..I looked over the FSM For my 86 Coupe and I'm confused..It says the blower motor should have a blk/red and a blk wire..Mine don't.. On the outside I have two seperate blk wires...are these wires on the inside under the dash?? Also where is the relay..The FSM is very confuesing(sp) I have no power to the 25a fuse and need to track it down but I want to put power to the blower and check the relay Help

The blower motor is on the right side firewall in the engine compartment. Check the a/c 5 amp underhood fuse, it is on top of the blower motor housing. Unplug the motor and jump 12v to it to see if it will run. This is a d.c. motor and when the brushes wear out, it won't run. About $25 from any parts store.
The 25 amp a/c fuse operates the a/c clutch and is hot with the ign sw in run, not all the time.

IMO the FSM can have mistakes. There are cards in mine from GM which asks you to send to them should you find errors in the book. I generally think the book is solid , but I have found that is not always the case and Im new at this stuff.
