1200 RPM idle
I think it's 0.54 volts in idle and +/- 4.5 at WOT.
Just giving you something to think about, because I had to do this too.
It's very easy and it worked well. My '85 idles at 560 RPM now.

That i don't know exactely I have to admit. I'll try to remember it the next time I'm driving. When just started, mine is also like 1000-1200 rpm. This is because of the engine warming up. In drive it will idle @ 560-65 rpm, depending how hot the engine is. In park I think it idles around 800 rpm. Another thing nice to know is that the computer resets the idle speed value when it loses power. Try to disconnect your battery and you will see the computer has resetted the idle speed, causing the engine to stall if you don't use the gas pedal to keep the rpms high. After a few minutes of driving you can stop and see the idle speed is OK. That is, of course, if everything is working correct. You've probably heard of the idle speed set screw that is located on the throttle body, but I heard you shouldn't mess with it if not needed. It sets the idle position of the throttle valve. Maybe loosening it a bit would help, but you'd have to ask around here. I'm not an expert at all. This is just what I 'discovered' :-)
Maybe someone tells you it's all wrong, but setting the tps value around 0.54 can do no harm I heard. In fact, I replaced mine when I had never heard of setting any value :-)
I hope you can use this info in any way,...good luck.
