emissions revisited
I posted 2 weeks ago about failing the emissions test on CO. The car is running very rich. Well it's been in the shop since tuesday and my mechanic has it hooked up to the diagnostics computer. He said the timing was way off so he set it to specs. The car starts much quicker now but it runs like cr*p according to him. He asked me if I had the original chip but the hypertech chip I installed 5 years ago is all I have and besides, the car has passed the last 5 years with the HT chip.
No vacum leaks, injectors are ok...............any ideas?
