Default Back home.....

Got home a little bit ago walked in said hi and walked back out as I grabbed my keys. Got in the vette and it cranked right up. Damn. Got on the road first stoplight floor the hell out of it and down the road I go. Just sitting there. Wait a second somethnigs missing....Oh yea. That annoying *** high idle. ****. I hadnt droven it for more than 30 minutes since I posted about the high idle and RRT vette told me to clean it out. I did that with daddy and it was black as could be. Now it idles exactly at 600 RPMs. Seems a little more pop to it than I remember but its been a while and.......mind plays tricks on you. I have no idea why it was acting up. Feels fine. Runs like a champ. Guess it dont like women to much. Well thanks for the help guys. Oh yea, my digital cluster is still being retarded. Alternator was changed. No help. My dad fooled around with the grounds before I got home, that made the alternator work out so we gotta return the new one. Anyway. Feels good to be home and back with the crapbox. My crapbox that is. Again thanks.

man... Houston? So sorry. I used to date a girl from down there for quite some time. Don't get on 59, it's a pain!

I'm having a slight idle issue now... hopefully a quick clean out of the IAC and resetting the idle will fix it up.
