i have a 91 vette that seems to have some dash lights out. the instrument cluster lights up fine, but all the buttons for the air, heat, blower, etc don't light up. the little green light above the buttons works fine but the symbols on the buttons don't illuminate. i'm assuming they are supposed to be lit because i have a hard time figuring out what buttons i'm pushing at night. does anyone know how to go about fixing this?

check the fuse;it happened to me and thats what it was

 

i checked all the fuses in the fuse panel and they were ok, i'll check them again though. are there fuses other than in the fuse panel that i should be checking?
