I just noticed metal on metal "rattle" when I go over something like a man hole cover at side-street speed.
I took off the wheel bolt screw-on covers, and tried it again, but the noise is still there.
Anybody have any ideas?
It's an '89 6-sp. with low miles, in great shape.
It's a loud ugly sound that a piece of junk beater would make.
Help!
Need more info. Different things make different sounds. I know a clank is not a clunk yet a exhaust pipe sound is different then say a loose shock. Maybe a loose caliper or alt to exhaust manifold bracket. You know we'd be just guessing anyway....Frank
