Default 88 Convertible Top Assembly

Hoping someone can send me a photo of bare convertible top assembly. I don't remember exactly how the two forward bows install/orient to include which one is the front and which is the middle. I had a photo which I lost and I cannot find another convertible in town to look at. Ready to install new top and the way I have the bows just doesn't seem correct!

I'm pretty sure this isn't what you want:

My top is still in place, but my headliner is out, so I could get pictures of the bows from the inside if necessary. Let me know.

Ray, according to the diagram this is how I put mine back together. I am just not comfortable gluing mine back right at the moment. Doesn't seem to me that my top will taunt up at these two bows correctly? How about I will take a picture of mine as I have it assembled and email to you for you to look at. Bet I could go from there and you wouldn't have to go the extra effort. Bill Texas

No problem, Bill. I'd be happy to compare it with mine. Email me a photo.

Can you let me know how the install turns out? I'm thinking of replacing my 88 top. Good luck!

Great diagram. Do you have the legend sheet that shows what number is what part? If so, could you please post as well?

Thanks

No problem.

Be advised though, that this is from an old parts book and many part numbers may be superseded or discontinued.
