Default Drivers window/door panel problems

I recently purchased a '94 coupe. The drivers side window goes up and down great, but will go up to high where when you close the door, it does not meet with the weatherstriping correctly.. The previous owner said there was something towards the front of the window inside the door that stopped it where it needed to that broke and he had it replaced, and later broke a second time. What should i be looking for in when trying to fix this?

Also, on the drivers side door, the door panel towards the rear meets up with the window perfectly, while the front of the panel has a 1/4
-1/2'' gap between the two.

Last, the drivers door doesnt seem to meet up with the body perfectly..seems to hang down just a little bit to far, is there anyway to adjust the hinges, or replace them, or should any adjustment of the striker be done..

I have been searching and reading for the last few hours trying to find solutions. I do not have a FSM but do have a haynes for the car.

This is what was previously posted by VetteUSA --
I purchased the parts at a local chevy dealership.
The GM Part #'s for the Window guides were:

Part #10243037: Price: $12.01, &
Part #10243038: Price: $12.01

I bought 2 of those L-Brackets (same part # for driver/psngr side):

Part #10263155: Price: $8.63 each.

Total Price for the parts w/tax: $44.58
