I'm considering running Redline D4 ATF transfluid. Are there some negatives about synthectics or this particular brand? If synthetics are not so good what is the best non-synthetic?
Thanks!
Anything special about filters for 700r4's? My wife recently bought a 1992 auto coupe and I was making a list of fluids/filters/whatnot to begin a documented maintenance.
Oh and is there an easy way to change all the ATF?

Your dealership should have one of those trans flush machines.
It takes all the old and replaces with new.
I know some quick change oil places have those as well but that's up to you if you know a good one.
As you know, dropping the pan, with a filter clean/change, only changes 1/2 the fluid.
I personally alternate the two on my truck.
My corvette does not apply as I drop the trans and rebuild it on a regular basis.
