Hey guys and gals do any of you know or have seen any C4 with C6 wheels? Would base five spoke wheels fit on my 86?

Yes, they do fit, with adapters. I own an 85 and have stock C6 wheels. I don't remember the sizes of the adapters, but they are different for the front and rear.

There's a thread by Fuzzydawg "Let's see some different wheels", that has a post with a C4 with C6 Z06 wheels. Looks cool too.

Thanks!! I really wasn't sure if the car would look great with the C6 rims, but after I put them on I was stunned at how great the car looked. It really gives the C4 a more modern and updated look without being too flashy or overbearing. I'm definitely glad I made the choice to go with the C6 rims. Plus, I got them for a great deal.

Also, I know it looks like I have a leak in that picture, but it's just an oil stain on the driveway.

the only c6 rims that will fit with no adadpters on 84 to 87 vets are the front 18 x 9.5 zo6 rims, them came stock with a 40mm offsett. as stated above, all other ac6 wheels need a adapters.

check these guys out, lakeshore tire and wheel, they have a set of front only c6 zo6 wheeels for about 750

Yes, mine is an 85, and no there's no rubbing or fitment issues whatsoever. The car even handles better with the wider tires, and the new wheels weigh less than the old ones, even though they're bigger. In my opinion, it looks great, and I'd never consider going back to the stock rims unless I was selling the car. The car looks at least 10 years newer with the C6 rims, in fact most people on the street think my car is a 96.

Sorry, I don't remember the size for the adapters, but if you do a search you should be able to figure it out. I got the kit off eBay, and they have been great.

unless you have a great deal on some factory wheels, there are several companies out there that make C6 replicas that don't need spacers. I bought mine from O E wheels for $769.00 delivered. mine are 17's but they have 18's and 19's also. I just don't like the idea of a wheel spacer/adapter. to me it puts a lot of stress on the wheel studs.
