Kind of off topic, but I have a friend with a 1980 malibu with a 305 and he is looking to put a 350 in it for little to nothing, so I suggested he get a 350 out of a wrecked iroc-z/z28 or trans am gta from '86 to '92. I was speaking with a junk yard and the guy says the carb manifold to head angle is different than the tpi intake to head angle.
Is this true? For all intakes or just some? I though the intake/head angle was the same except for the vortech heads for the 1st gen 350 motors.
Thanks.
****NEVERMIND, FOUND THE INFO I NEEDED. 87 AND LATER DIFFERENT ANGLE******
