Yes it can, and they usually go from $40 - $50. Mine was about $45 if i can remember. Dont forget to clean the bore in the throttle body before you put the new IAC in.

There is a specific procedure in the manual and in the tech tips section about setting the IAC pintle length when hooked up to the cable and engine on, but not started. Either find the tip or a manual, is my best advice.
