Default vortech heads

SDPC, sells the heads, and tpi vortech base mainifold. What else do I need to complete this head swap, thanks Jim.

Make sure you get the intake bolts for the SDPC intake they are a special length bolt for the vortec bolt pattern. The torque on them is only 11 foot pounds. You will need the vortec intake gaskets as well. You can not use the spark plugs from your old heads the vortec need a long reach plug, ask SDPC for the plug you should use. If you have an after market cam make sure it will work with the vortec heads, they can only handle something like 475 lift with out doing some mods. If you are using the stock runners and plenum you will not have a problem but the super ram will take a lot of work to get it right.
