Default Master Cylinder reservoir

I have a leak at where the master cylinder reservoir and the little hose connect.

I have been able to find new and remann'ed complete master cylinders, but I don't need the entire thing. Does anyone know where I can get the reservoir only for a 94 C4 coupe?

Thanks for any advice. I have looked around without much success.

I don't have a part number. Anyone know how I can find the part number for a master cylinder reservoir for a 94 c4 base coupe?

Thanks..

Contemporary Corvette (link on my site) has:
P/N 39061, '95-'96 MS Resevoir - '95 LT1, $20.

You may also want to ask about the resevoir groumets too.

I ended up getting the part at the local Chevy dealer for $28.50 if you can believe that. The O-ring set was $4.

Great deal!!

Can you give me the part number as my plastic reservoir is cracking and I need a new one. Mines a 1993, but should be the same.

I went to my local dealer (Have been GREAT GUYS for 20yrs to work with) and we ordered two plastic Reserviors and orings to replace the single unit on my 87 less than $30 bucks for all and took about 10mins to put on. We sucked all the fluid out of the old one and some saran wrap and paper towels below it. Took a little effort to pop old ones of and used a big socket to put new ons on refilled them let set over night and then drove fine with out any problems. Did take it in next couple of days and had them vaccum out the rest of the brake system for a complete flush. Noi problems. wro87
