It was a post where kale wanted to know the speaker location differences.... in my '85 the speakers were in the door, and in the '90 they are down by your feet. I was referring to the room from side-to-side.... but I know the seats are different in my '90 as well. When I bought the '90 the seat motor was stuck in the lowest position, and I couldn't raise it. When m y'85 was down all the way it was no problem, but this car does seem to be a little bit lower. I've fixed the motor and can now raise the seat up so that I can see! There must be some slight differences though....

it's wierd how cars that are so similar can feel so different. The '90 is so much different feeling than my '85 to drive. And even a friends '88 feels different than my '85 or my '90.....

So with the side to side room it was mostly on the floor by the speakers?

I have noticed when I have sat in a 90-newer vette I have more dash to knee clearance.. right now my knees rub on the dash of my 89.

I have noticed that I have more leg room in my '95 then in my '89. I think it does have something to do with the seats.
