Default Pondering new set up..comments?

I have a 383 super ram set up.
12:1 compression. All hi perf components.
using a wet 150 shot plate now.
Can't go more than that I've beeen told due to leaning out pistons and the fact the super ram was not made for a wet system.
uneven distribution.

Here's what I am thinking.

Trash the plate and go to a dry set up.
I have a DFI computer setup by the way, which can handle a three stage set up.

Trash the 30# injectors and go to 55#.
set up a three stage with correct selenoids.
1 = 75 shot
2 = 125 shot
3 = 75 + 125 = 225 shot

Any one done this? Am I off base here?

Thanks guys!

If you are running a DFI setup then you should be ok for doing a dry setup. Since you laid down the cash for the DFI then you might as well use all of its features. However, if you get uneven distribution through the manifold then you may have issues with a dry system as well.

My only other suggestion would be to do a direct port setup. But that gets pretty complicated with the plumbing and stuff, but looks way cool and you don't have to redo the injectors or the tuning at all.

The direct port was what I was thinking of actually.

I was told I would need bigger injectors to handle the extra fuel.

Re: new injectors that can handle spray..got a link?

Thanks.

He's talking about the NOS Nozzle system:

Matt383: Can you send me a PM on what your running(times) and when you spray,etc. I'm looking at getting NOS but was unsure of what type of setup to get. You can see what I have in my sig. How many runs do you have on this setup?
