Default Next mod, need advice!

Need advice on next mod. I was thinking of SLP 13/4 headers and a new intake and maybe 1.6 RR and a new camshaft. As for the intake its between the SR and MR ( yes ,again...) I have not yet decided wich way to go. The car is a automatic, 3.23 rear and daily driven and will never se a race track, BUT it doesent mean that I dont what it to be fast as hell! I want to beat all the turbosharged cars here in sweden, and they are fast.............

Dyno results of similar setups are welcome!

Thanks/N.

definitley go with the super ram if your never gonna see the track, the lower torque will be much more fun

I agree with the superram suggestion. The LP 219 cam or GMs LT4 hot cam is a good next step. Skip the 1.6 rockers since you already have roller rockers. The SLP headers and dual 2.5" exhaust would also be a good idea.
You can cut down the runners from the side that bolts to the superram plenum if you want to move the power curve up in the rpm range.

The SR/MR is giving me headaches I've talked to one guy today who has SR and one who has MR and both recommend thier intake. Both have automatics and 3.23 gear....

Use the 1 5/8 dia. headers to maintain exhaust velosity so you won't lose low end torque.

With the engine setup you have, a set of 3.73 or 4.10 gears would really open your eyes. Your top speed would drop of course, but how often do you drive 160 mph? I think you're making plenty of power for a street car, you just need to get it to the ground quicker. My vote is for gears.

Gears are a good choice. I say super ram after them.
