Which intake for my lt4?
I am stuck between 2 intakes, one being the slp (which I think looks very odd), or the "forced air system", pic below
Im kind of afraid of getting the forced air one, only because my dad had the vortex rammer on his 06z, and 1/2 way down the 1/4 the check engine light came on due to the right bank running lean.
So what do you guys suggest for the most performance?

With no mods stock is fine. Save your money!

Not worth it. I had one. A cut stock lid with a K&N will work better and won't weigh near as much as the SLP unit.
The forced air will give better performance than the SLP.

Excellent conclusion!
Perhaps an aftermarket cat back exhaust would have been a more appropriate suggestion. However, I think anyone that owns a vette knows that

Should have kept your money. Stock intake is just as good as any of the aftermarket versions.
