Has anyone done or know how to do or buy the kit, to convert the C4 headlights that go up and down to where the are always up, or a new healight to where it looks like something like the C6? because all the C4's ive owned, the headlights are always crapping out on me
I have a question bout my right passenger side light, when I turn it on, it wont flip all the way, it goes half way, and starts going up and down like crazy and then stop, I have to open the hood, and adjust it manually with the black turn ****. whats wrong? and i checked for something hitting or in the way, but did not see nothing
I got mine from Breathless Performance. They give Corvette Forum members a 10% discount, or at least they did when I got mine ... like three years ago. I've also seen them from MidAmerica and Eckler's but I think they are just reselling the same thing from Breathless.

put it up and unplug the motor, it will always be up
My lights were stopping halfway sometimes on my '85 after I put in a new Headlight Control Module. On the bottom of the motor housing is an adjusting screw that you move with a flathead with a nut around it. I turned that screw out a turn or two, and Viola!, my headlights have been working great ever since! If they're just going nuts, I don't know 'bout that.
It should be on the inner side of the light. Look at the light with the hood up (from under the hood.) The adjuster is the round **** on top of the motor assy.
