Left blinker does not flash
My left blinker lights up but does not flash.
I know this sounds simple, but I really could use some help.
Where to start?
I have a multimeter and I know how to use it. I just don't know what to look at.

If the arrow stays on without blinking, then that usually means that one of the bulbs on that side of the car is out. I think that GM did this to let one know when a bulb fails. Check all of the bulbs for that side.

I agree with you. Either the bulb is blown or not properly seated in the socket.
