Shorty spark plugs
I just put headers on and need short plugs, where can I get them and how much do they run?
Are E3 spark plugs any good, they look like shorty plugs?
Also, where can I get O2 sims?
Thanks

The main place that produced O2 sims (casperselctronics) got busted for selling them. I'm not sure why you need shorty plugs. Normal plugs work fine with most headers.

Accel makes a wide variety of shorty plugs that run right at $30. Make sure that you get the proper heat range, as there are quite a few.

I use the acc-o421s I think is the part number. I have Dart non-l98 angle heads and LPE lt's and thus the problems.
Somebody once said something about using BB plugs and that they were shorter but I never got anything out of them...???

What headers are you running that need short spark plugs?
O2 sims are not needed on any pre 1996 cars.

I am running hedman and the pipe for number 1 comes to close to get the nbr 2 plug in with enough clearance for the wire.
Glad to hear about the O2, I am going to put in bungs when I get a chance.

NO DON'T DO THAT. Those O2 sensors serve a purpose i nthat they tell the ECM how rich or lean the mixture is and adjusts the delivery of fuel to the injectors. The car will run much better with then unless you program them out of the ECM and in that case you will have no change in the fule delivery when you need it. Keep them in and working.
