Thinking about a diet.....
anybody here know the weight of the stock hood on a C4? What about the stock weight of a 1985 C4 with 4+3 with AC? Are there any C4's on here that are under 3000lbs? f you know your C4's weight, could you please post it? Thanks.

Just pulled the stock 85 starter (this one is heavy sucker) and replaced by a 94 LT1 mini starter, did not start yet but should be fine. Also passenger seat is out and and soon will be replaced by a Light weight Clear targa top and wow AC conser is out too now. My target is 2900 lbs atleast.
Stock vette i think they weigh 3400 lbs.

What did you find if you don't mind me asking?
How much weight savings over stock tinted top?
Do you need an cross brace for flex?
