Ac Controls..help
Well I reinstalled the underside of the dash on the drivers side of the car this morning. Took for ever to line up the screws! Finally got it in, cranked the car up and noticed the AC unit has no pwer at all. NO outside temp display, nothing.
Anyideas?
Only wiring I touched was
1) I reconnected the little light under the dash
2) I had to put the tester "thing" back in its place under the dash

I believe your Year still grounds the control panel in the left kick panel area. Take the hush panel back off and then look around the support brace, left side, for a loose (black) wire. If you don't find one, check any wiring that is close to any attachment screws, or see if it works with the panel off. Check fuses if any wires are nicked.

Fuses are all good. Need to check the ground I guess. Also my overhead light doesnt come on when I open the door and my inst gas mpg and everything occasionally will flash SYS now.

Any idea what would have caused this? I really had to get screwed over at a shop. I dont know anything about electrical diagrams, etc so my FSM is useless to me. I really need to get the AC fixed in this thing.
