Just barely passed emmissions check. Running Rich (I think). Could it be the O2 sensor? No OBDI codes.

it could be a slow O2.

When was the last tune up? How many miles? What year?

There are so many pieces of info needed to diagnose these things... The more you can give the better.

You could be going through what I am dealing with. I fail for high CO.
I) as a previous post said, when was the last tune-up, at least make sure your plugs are clean & gapped, also wires, Cap & rotor are in good shape.

2) the AIR system is pumping air into the exhaust manifold, the O2 sensor see's all that air (lean) and tells the ECM to make thinga richer

3) fuel pressure & vacuum

How many miles do you have on the O2 sensor? Do you know anyone who can do a scan for you on the engine? The scan would tell you where to look for your problem.
