Aluminum Driveshafts......
Was that taken at the BSD Nostalgia Nationals in '06? Nice ride!
I was there with my silver '66 coupe before I fixed it:

Dave
actually, i remember an article on the 84`s mentioning the steel driveshafts... even gave specs for both the steel and aluminum versions
like tube diameter, and wall thickness for each.
not sure if they ever made it into production, but the article did mention them...
Yes it was taken there last year (The York US 30 reunion race)

This is one Nasty Small Block Chevy.
Anyone who comes to look at this car cannot believe its a small block, they all expect to see a monster 632 between the frame rails.
Driving it is some of the most fun you can ever have with your close on!
If anyone wants to se these cars run , we run in the Maryland -Pennsylvania-Va area , check out the racing schedule on there web site.

I'm familiar with your group, I've seen them run Capitol-MasonDixon-BSD and couple of other places. In fact Freddie Leyland and I go back racing together 30+ years. A couple of people tried to get me to put a Jerico in the '66 for a nostalgia gasser/modified look but I have so much fun with it now I just hate to screw with it.
Great sounding engine! See ya at the track,
Dave
