Tpis Throttle Cable Problem
I have a MINIRAM with a TPIS 58mm Throttle body that I am installing in an 89. The throttle cable appears to be too short to let the throttle blades close. I have the small cable mounting bracket mounted to the top of the fuel rail as required. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Any one have any experiance with this problem?
Hopefully it is something simple that I overlooked.

I needed to modify the throttle cable bracket for my '87 to make the throttle cable link up to the TB correctly. I wound up drilling new mounting holes in order to get it a little closer. I used the larger bracket that bolts up in between the injectors.

Thanks. I will have to look at it some more today. I believe the 87 cable is different. It has a hole in the end of the cable and goes over the post on the throttle body. The 89 cable has a ball on the end of the cable and has to go around the cable guide. Hopefully I will see something I did wrong today.
