Default Front Sway Bar Bushing Install Question

I am installing front sway bar bushings from PST. The hole in the bushings are offset. The holes in the originals are centered. I also checked Energy bushings on the Summit racing site and the picture also shows that these holes are offset. There are no instructions as to which way to install them. Not sure if it makes a difference but the must have made it that way for a purpose. Does the thin wall go towards the front or back of the car ?

Thanks for your help.

I don't have any first hand knowledge but I just read somewhere in here within the past week that the thin side goes to the front. I just upgraded my front sway bar to 30mm yesterday but used the stock bushings.
