Default drainging radiator,pit ****

Where is the pit **** located on a 95 vert? Not much rom to find it,trying to drain radiator.

Its not like the old style that you can see. Its on the back side of the radiator, in a recessed area. Have to use a pair of flat nose pliers to open and close it. Be careful though...only plastic.

There is a small hole in the radiator shroud for the coolant to drain out of....sure be nice if there was a hose attached to the radiator so that coolant does not flow under the radiator.

Remove the radiator cap, too, to de-pressurize the system and allow coolant to flow more rapidly.

Note: If you break that little surcker, drive down to your handy dandy auto parts store, in SOMETHING ELSE and get another one for about 'tree' dollars.

If you want to also drain the engine block, you'll need to remove the knock sensors. They're installed in the holes that formerly were the block drains on SBC engines.
