I am building a open lapping/road race 96 and I have run into a problem with blow-by. It appears as though oil is blowing out of the dipstick tube during lapping sessions (extended use in the 4K-6K rpm range). The PCV system is stock, but I have removed the AIR pump and AIR pipe, and blocked off the hole on the back of the intake. The PCV valve is new.
Is anyone running a catch can, or seperate breather air filters on the valve covers? Ideas/suggestions?
