Probably - My 92 came with hollowed cats, I need working cats to pass emissions. Found someone with a low mileage set from a later year (95 or 96). The cats mount a little differently on the later year, had to remove a small part of a mounting the 92 does not use. Put a plug in the after cat bung (92 only uses O2 sensors before the cat). And it all attached fine.

I put a 95 exhaust on my 93.
They are identical, the only difference is 96 with the extra 02 sensor on the drivers side, but you can buy a plug for that, otherwise they are the same.

Now if you were to throw away the exhaust, cut the tips off first, because those you could sell. I got $25 for mine.

Good luck trying to sell it, I have never seen one sell ever. Most have been given away for the price of pick up. I've received two for free and have also given away two for free.
