Found this device recommended by one of our better performance mags. Normally you would have to say 'snake oil', but many of the testimonials are some of the most reputable car mags in Europe.
The idea seems to be to inject turbulence into the inlet at certain vacuum conditions; this should help keep the fuel in suspension longer.
Have a look at the site http://www.ecotekplc.com and see what you think.
Additional measures to atomize fuel on a carburated car are important. With fuel injection like you have and the injector spraying directly at the valve, there is not much more you can do to atomize fuel. I have not looked at the product that you mentioned yet, but can tell you it will be of no benefit for you.
Good Luck,
I would normally agree, but most of the cars they have tried are EFI, and most with good injection systems BMW, Scubies ect that are VERY well sorted in the first place.
There are no dyno charts but some timed tests.
My bet is snake oil. I would expect that to induce more turbulence the entire inside of the plenum would have to be addressed. 5% more air at one spot (whereever the vacuum tube enters) would hardly address all cylinders.
I'd put this in the class with the magnetic resonance devices you put on fuel lines.
