low voltage cause weird acceleration
Well my voltage is reading abit lower than normal, sometimes it reads 14.4 then other times it will be running between 13 and 13.7. This is weird! But I just noticed when I pressed down the acceleration, I get this weird feeling/sound coming from the engine. and looked in my mirror and seen a puff of smoke. Only seems to do this once in awhile. Can low voltage cause the fuel system to lag? Does not do this all the time, just once in awhile, I was the tps sensor is a "slight" bit off and needs to be replaced--

The voltages you report aren't, "low". Normally, you should see 14.3 volts on your dash voltmeter when the alternator is cold and it will drop with increasing temperature to 13.3 volts. The computer has built in voltage regulators and they go out of regulation below 10 volts, so your symptoms are not due to low voltage.
