1991 C13 H13 CCM error
Hi,
I recently ran the diags on my 1991 corvette to find out why it keeps flashing "SYS" on the speedometer and according to the diags, it is gettin a C13 H13 error. I found that C13 indicates that the DIC switches are shorted or open. I found another thread on here in which the user purchased a DIC off e-bay which he was hoping would fix the problem, but didn't know 100% if that did fix the problem.
Here's the question part of my post. None of the DIC buttons appear to work in normal mode or diag mode. The "Fuel" button cap is missing - do any of you think that if I was to locate a "Fuel" button that maybe the DIC would function properly? I wasn't sure if the CCM would disable the DIC if any of the buttons were "open".
Also, if I needed to buy a replacement DIC, where is the best place for the cheapest price to find an electronic part like this?

I would think if the DIC buttons don't work, and you are getting a C13, the DIC is dead. Long live the DIC.
