Sent mine in and was impressed with the turnaround time. Less than a week turnaround from the time it took to ship to receive. I got the parts they replaced back. The injectors looked like new. The car is very responsive and runs much smoother. I would recommend.

thanks for replys. these are a spare set i got on ebay a few yrs ago, before i knew about multi-tek. their supposed to be low mil. 88. wifes 88 has a bunch of dif injectors on car now. its worked fine for almost 5 yrs, but some are leaking after shut off. i can smell gas in oil now, not much, but its time to replace. cant complain, other than starter and 1 whl. bearing, its given almost 30,000 trouble free miles. course i maintain the hell out of it and wife doesnt hot rod it.

5pinball: The 88 model vette came stock with a Bosch design injector and I do not know what these injectors look like. A small quantity of cars made late in 88 came stock with a Lucas injector. Why??? The Lucas injector is black with a green ring around it. The main difference is the Bosch has a fan like pattern and the Lucas is just a stream. I would not mix these injectors on the same engine. FYI only!

I put a set of Lucas injectors from a 88 Vette in my 89 in the fall of 2004. Now, my car is a garage queen and does not get a lot of miles, but a lot of TLC! However, the injectors were checked by Rich (three of my eight Multecs crapped out and this forced me into another set of injectors) and found to be a perfect matched set that did not need service. I think he charged me $20 for the testing (he could have told me anything and I would not have known the difference) and returned them to me. They have been doing great! I like the black injectors! You can change out the injectors with just a few tools and save some folding $$$. Here is a procedure for replacing the injectors without pulling the runners:

Hope this info is helpful and good luck on this.
